Fabric heaven! Thunder Creek is itself a crazy quilt of fabrics, notions, kits, patterns, and books. Multi-talented mother-daughter team Nancy Coryell and Cindy Ugarte keep a workshop in the store, where they piece and design quilts in those few and far between quiet moments. Their fine handwork abounds in every corner. Specialty: southwestern fabrics. Also available: one-on-one instruction, long-arm quilting, and, yes, sewing machine repair.
